The organizers reserve the right to update or modify training sessions, presentation schedules, or guest speaker lineups due to unavoidable circumstances or scheduling conflicts.
All registration fees paid for online technical webinars, corporate upskilling programs, or live physical training events (including the TMEIC Bangalore Program scheduled for June 29-30, 2026) are non-refundable.
While standard purchases are final, exception requests based on extreme, unavoidable circumstances may be submitted for review. The final decision on any partial credit or registration adjustments rests solely with Dr. Bhawani Singh Rathore. No other team member or partner platform can override this decision.
If a registered participant cannot attend an event due to a scheduling conflict, they may request to substitute a colleague in their place. This request must be submitted in writing to kritiproductions21@gmail.com at least 72 hours before the event starts. Substitutions are subject to background verification and security clearance by the facility.
If an event is rescheduled or modified by the organizers, our liability is strictly limited to delivering the alternative training content. The organizers are not responsible for any personal travel, lodging, or logistical costs incurred by participants.
